Numerous showmanship wins in each species of animals.

Who is your hero?

Well, I would have to say my dad and brother.

On a typical school day, what time do you have to get up in the morning?
Around 6:00am.

What is your daily routine you use when working with your project?
Get up about 6:00am, go to the barn and feed and water. I go to school, I come home and wash and dry the cows. I clean the pens, then my day ends about 6:00pm when I feed.

Favorite tip about showing:
Be smooth, but quick. Don't figet!

What’s your typical show ring attire?
Clean boots, starched jeans and shirt, belt with buckle and my cowboy hat!

Do you do anything differently when you’re in showmanship versus when you’re just showing in the show?
Not really, I am probably less nervous, but my style does not change.

If you have a choice, would you rather wash the animals or get them dry?
I work for some friends that show, and they make me dry. On the other hand, I love to make that hair pop! So I will go with drying.

Besides showing, what are your hobbies?  Dancing, riding horses and football.

About how many shows to you get to go to each year?
At least one or two a month, more in the summer.

Final Bloom with haired cattle, Rubbing alcohol for Brahmans!

My grandfather's knife.

If you have two animals that win classes, who would be your #1 choice to help show your other animal in the champion drive?
My close friend Alan Smith, Mississippi.

You just won Grand Champion at the biggest show ever. You and your family get a free dinner at any restaurant of your choice. Where would you pick?
Oh man, I'm not sure. I'll have to get back to you on that one!
